California Town & Country Insurance Brokers also know as California
Town & Country Insurance Services is a small family owned insurance
brokerage. We opened 1993 and have two offices to serve California's Central
Coast, one in Santa Barbara and one in Santa Maria. We are an independent
insurance brokerage which means we do not work for any insurance company,
selling only that companies policies. We offer over one hundred insurance
companies and programs. We work hard to find you the coverage you want
at the best rate.

you call, a licensed agent will type your info into our quoting system
which will shop over 100 different insurance companies and programs to

can be used, at your direction, to complete and insurance application
so you don't have to fill one out! Your phone conversation can help clarify
what you are looking for, answer your questions and provide options you
may not have considered - better than a computer can.

your local agent we are here to help with the paperwork requirements you
face, for the insurance company underwriters, your vehicle's finance company
and the Department of Motor Vehicles for your license and/or vehicle registration.

Claims
each insurance company has it's own claims department. Your
policy documentation includes the claims department phone number. You
will want to call that number as soon as possible in the case of an accident.
Make notes at the scene of an accident and obtain as much information
as you safely can. Do not admit fault at the scene of an accident - you
may not be aware of all the factors contributing to the occurrence that
influence the assignment of fault.
